MINERAL WATER PLANT
WTE Indo Mineral Water Plant packages are available in unique modules so that they can be upgraded anytime when the demand increases. A standard Mineral Water Plant consists of: A. Bottle Manufacturing by PET Blowing Machine
To manufacture PET Bottles of various sizes. Available in semi and automatic operation – up to 3600 bottles/hour.
Rinsing Filling – Capping – Sealing Machine
The bottles are inserted in the machine which automatically rinses, fills and screws the cap on them. Caps are duly stamped, before being put in a hopper for screwing on to the bottle.
Labeling
The labels and neck sleeve are manually put on bottles, which then pass through shrink tunnels and onto packing conveyer. .
